It is a 50h build on teacher training for anyone who’s already got their 200h and it is focusing on EMBODIED SEQUENCING.

 How to sequence and teach in a way that will encourage and unlock an embodied practice. We will dive into language, themes, sequencing, and integration of natural pauses + more.

PRICING

• EARLY BIRD: R5200 – before 31 December 2024
• REGULAR: R6000 – after 1 Jan 2025

Please note that we will not be using a heated room for this training.

Training will happen at Hot Yoga Stellenbosch. This studio is such a beautiful spot in the center of town which means you can grab a bite or a coffee right around the corner when we have breaks.

STARTING
Saturday 1st of March and use most of the weekends in March to go through these 50h together (see poster for dates).
